Shipping policy

Shipping is standard ground shipping unless otherwise indicated and may arrive by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Orders outside the continental U.S. do not qualify for flat rate shipping.  For orders placed outside the continental U.S., after checkout, a service rep with get you a customized quote on shipping prior to fulfilling the order.

DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped using any of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express, Passport, UPS) based on your location.
  • Free shipping for orders over US $75.
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

RETURN AND REFUND

  • At Optimal Body we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock items you will love.
  • Kindly note that only items ordered through our site will be eligible for a return.
  • We allow buyers to return our items within a period of 15 days of receiving the package.
  • Refunds cannot be issued until the item has arrived at the shipping destination, and it must be returned in the same packaging it had been dispatched in, in order for you to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 days. In addition to that charge backs are not accepted until the item is delivered of it has been more than 20 days.
  • We do not charge our customers a restocking fee therefore all our returns are free of charge as long as they are within the stipulated period.
